About Us

 

Fox Computers was established in 2002 initially concentrating on computer repair and Information Technology Support.

 

The repair side of the business covers, desktop & laptop repairs and has recently launched a new service repairing consumer electronic devices such as iPod’s.

 

Information technology support is a rapidly growing part of the business and encompasses Windows Server family support, application specific development - creation of bespoke access database applications, web-site design etc.

In our experience customers value simple, cost-effective solutions to their issues, be it laptop/desktop repairs or a complete infrastructure, plan, design & build.

Moving away from  the overly technical and providing customers with plain, easily understandable advice, whilst maintaining our commitment to excellence and value-for-money enables Fox Computers to provide an excellent level of service and high customer satisfaction.

 

With such emphasis placed upon the creation and building of successful relationships with our customers, we pride ourselves in that our business has grown from repeat orders and referrals.

 

Our staff are highly motivated and well-trained and we have an ongoing commitment to high technical standards and qualification. With recent accreditation in the CompTia A+ programme, Cisco CCNA accreditation and ongoing Windows SBS Specialist programme this reflects our company ethos.
