Data Recovery Postal Online Form  

 

Please complete this on-line form with as much detail as possible to enable us to recover the maximum data from your device.

 

If you are able to supply file type details, such as .doc files for word documents or a specific file type i.e. quickbooks accounts files, then this will enable us to specifically target data recovery. However, if you are unable to specify file types, then a full file recovery operation will be attempted.

 

Generally recovered data is written to DVD disks and the data returned to you in this format (and your original device) unless otherwise specified.

A quotation to recover data will be provided on receipt of the online form.

 

In the event of an unsuccessful attempt to recover data, your device will be returned to you, with a small postage charge to cover return postage.

An email acknowledgement will be received with a job number and quotation for data recovery, please print this email and post your item in a suitable jiffy bag or similar to the address provided.

 

Do not post item until this email has been received and the data recovery item has been booked onto our system. Data Recovery is generally completed within 24 hours of receipt of device.
